CONSTITUTION: A producing method of high calcium instant noodles comprises a step of mixing 75-85wt% of ground clam meat, 10-15wt% of flour, 1-5wt% of starch, and 5-20wt% of gluten, and a step of kneading the mixture with stock to obtain noodles. The clam meat is obtained from corbicula, mussel, or manila clam.
