The stock is obtained by boiling duck bones, chicken bones, goat bones, or sheep bones.본 발명은 고칼슘라면의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 재첩, 홍합 또는 바지락이 첨가되어 얼큰하고 시원한 맛을 가지고, 영양이 풍부하며, 화학조미료를 첨가하지 않고 자연식품들을 사용하여 건강에 유익한 고칼슘라면의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
