The present invention relates to a complex comprising a TGF-ß1 inhibitor peptide and a cyclodextrin or a derivative thereof. A TGF-ß1 inhibitor peptide emulsion comprising cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone is also provided. Processes for the preparation of said complex and said TGF-ß1 inhibitor peptide emulsion are also described, as well as its use for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a disease or condition mediated by a TGF- ß1.
