PURPOSE: A plasma-based water treating apparatus installed at an aquarium is provided to minimize the discharge of harmful gas materials and to improve the efficiency of water treatment by circulating and recycling gas used for the water treatment. CONSTITUTION: A water supplying pipe(10) supplies water based on a water pump. A first tank(20) is blocked from external air and receives water from the water supplying pipe. A plasma-based water treating unit(30) passes air or gas supplied into the first tank through plasma. A second tank(40) is blocked from external air and receives air or gas with water from the first tank. Air or gas from the second tank is introduced into the plasma water treating unit, and the air and the gas are supplied into the first tank by a gas circulating unit(50). A water discharging pipe(60) discharges water from the second tank at the lower side of the second tank.본 발명의 목적은 플라즈마에 의해 생성된 가스가 수처리용으로 사용된 후 순환시켜 재활용함으로써 유해가스물질의 배출을 최소화하고 수처리 효율을 높이도록 구성한 수처리장치를 제공하는 것이다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 수처리 대상인 물을 흡입하는 워터펌프에 의해 물을 공급하는 물공급관(10)과, 외기와 차단되고 상기 물공급관(10)으로부터 내부에 물을 공급받는 제1탱크(20)와, 상기 제1탱크(20) 내부의 수중에 공급되는 공기 또는 가스가 플라즈마를 통과하도록 하여 플라즈마에 의해 생성된 가스물질을 수중에 공급하는 플라즈마수처리장치(30)와, 외기와 차단되고 상기 제1탱크(20)로부터 물과 상기 가스물질을 함께 공급받는 제2탱크(40)와, 상기 제2탱크(40)의 상부에서 상기 제2탱크(40) 내부의 가스를 흡입하여 상기 제1탱크(20) 내부의 수중에 공급하기 위해 상기 플라즈마수처리장치(30)로 유입시키는 가스환류장치(50)와, 상기 제2탱크(40)의 하부에서 상기 제2탱크(40)의 물을 배출시키는 물배출관(60)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마를 이용한 수처리장치를 제공한다.
