It refers to an immunogenic composition comprising at least one capsular saccharide glycoconjugate selected from a serotype 15B, 22F, 33F, 12F, 10A, 11A and 8 glycoconjugate of Streptococcus pneumoniae. Additionally, said composition comprises glycoconjugates of serotypes 4, 6B, 9V, 14, 18C, 19F, 23F, 1, 3, 5, 6A, 7F and 19A of S. pneumoniae. These glycoconjugates have a molecular weight of between 50 kDa and 20,000 kDa and are conjugated to a carrier protein selected from diphtheria toxin (DT),toxoide tetanico (TT)CRM197, protein D of Haemophilus influenzae (PD) or its immune function equivalent. It also refers to the prevention or treatment of infection or disease related to s.pnemonie.Se refiere a una composicion inmunogenica que comprende al menos un glicoconjugado de sacarido capsular seleccionado de un glicoconjugado de serotipo 15B, 22F, 33F, 12F, 10A, 11A y 8 de Streptococcus pneumoniae.
