PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide adhesive film dressing which makes it possible to easily peel off a support from a base material and sticking it to the skin neatly in a simple manufacturing process.
SOLUTION: The adhesive film dressing has: the base material 12 which is a waterproof flexible film and the support 20 which is closely attached to the base material 12, has rigidity higher than the base material and is larger than the base material 12. An adhesive 14 is applied onto one surface of the base material 12 and release paper 16 stuck to the surface of the adhesive 14 is included. A support release piece 22 bonded on the side opposite to the base material 12 of the support 20 is included. A groove-like removal part 26 formed through the support 20 and the support release piece 22 divides the support release piece 22 and the support 20 into two, respectively.
