PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience when a plurality of human body images associated with one person are handled in a state in which different identification information is given as identification information on the person to the plurality of human body images associated with the person.SOLUTION: In an association management system 20, an image comparison part 23 reads and acquires data of an image before death to be compared and data of an image after death from a data storage part 22 stored with data of the image before death and the data of the image after death received from a facility-side system side, and determine whether those human body images are of the same person.
