A method for preparing a sweet potato snack comprises steaming asweet potato, dissecting the steamed sweet potato into half and forming it witha holding part, cooling the sweet potato to room temperature, preparing a mashsweet potato containing plural edible additives, spreading the mash sweetpotato on the holding part of the steamed sweet potato, baking the sweet potatowith a temperature of 230 to 270 Celsius degree for 6 to 8 minutes to acquire abaked sweet potato. Thus, two kinds of sweet potato with different statuses dueto different cooking methods are applied to complete a sweet potato snack,achieving the objective of maintaining and further improving the flavor ofsweet potato.本發明提供一種地瓜點心之製作方法,其方法步驟包括如下:主要係先將一地瓜加以蒸煮成一熟地瓜後,將熟地瓜剖開,使其形成至少有一承置部,接著冷卻至室溫;準備一地瓜泥狀物,其係包含有複數種食用添加物;接續將地瓜泥狀物鋪設於承置部上,再進行烘烤,其烘烤溫度為230度C~270度C,烘烤時間為6~8分鐘,最終成形一烘焙物;藉此,即可於製作過程當中採用兩種不同狀態之地瓜,搭配不同烹煮之方式,並可達到完整保持地瓜之風味及提高口味變化等功效者。
