PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of suppressing the lowering of the image quality of an ultrasonic image caused by the fact that the angles formed by the reflection point of a subject and the acoustic radiation surfaces in the respective transducers of an array transducer are different at every transducer.SOLUTION: When the receiving signals outputted from the respective transducers 3 receiving the ultrasonic echo from the subject are supplied to respectively corresponding receiving signal processing parts 8, a receiving signal correction part 11 refers to a built-in correction table to adjust the delay to the receiving signal by the respective receiving signal processing parts 8 according to the angle formed by the reflection point of a subject and the acoustic radiation surfaces in each transducer 3 so as to compensate the change of the central frequency.
