The present invention relates to a fishing tackle including a flowing buoyant body, which can be easily replaced, and flow along with a tiller. More specifically, the fishing tackle having a flowing buoyant body includes: a rod-shaped tiller (10) a tackle body (12) which is coupled to the tiller (10) in a penetrating manner to be fixed to or flow on the center part of the tiller a light emitting body coupling part (13) which is detachably arranged on the upper end of the tiller (10) and the flowing buoyant body (11) which is coupled to the tiller (10) in a penetrating manner to be arranged between the upper part of the tackle body (12) and the light emitting body coupling part (13). A buoyant force is applied to the flowing buoyant body (11) and the tackle body (12) moving along the tiller (10) up and down. When the light emitting body coupling part (13) is released from the upper end of the tiller (10), the flowing buoyant body (11) and the tackle body (12) can be replaced through the upper end of the tiller (10).
