PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a traveling implement to swivel simply and lightly by arranging a rear-side traveling device at an accurate front and rear position with respect to a rotor, and swiveling the front-side traveling device while lifting the front-side traveling device.SOLUTION: The swivel base 1 for the traveling implement has a ceiling plate 2 arranged so as to span a plurality of ridges U, leg parts 3 for supporting the ceiling plate 2, and three slope parts 4 extended from the ceiling plate 2 and each fitting in grooves M between the ridges U.
