PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate switching between observation and photography of a fundus oculi part and an anterior ocular segment without requiring readjustment of a focusing lens in switching between the observation and photography of the fundus oculi part and the anterior ocular segment.SOLUTION: In observation of a fundus oculi part, an ophthalmologic photographing apparatus is operated in such a way that an auxiliary lens is retracted from an optical path first and a body part is approximated to an examinee. In S11, a position of the body part is confirmed, and when a distance is a prescribed value or larger, the step is proceeded to S12, and a focusing lens is moved to a plus diopter side. When it is confirmed that the body part is not away for a prescribed distance or more, the step is proceeded to S13, where it is determined that the auxiliary lens is retracted from inside the optical path, and when it is not retracted, the step is proceeded to S12. When it is determined that the auxiliary lens is evacuated from inside the optical path, the step is proceeded to S14, and a control means causes the focusing lens to move to a prescribed position stored into a focus position storage means. In S15, precise positioning while observing a fundus image and precise focusing by the focus lens are performed to confirm a photography range, and photography is performed in S16.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】眼底部・前眼部の観察及び撮影切換えの際に合焦レンズの再調整を不要とし、眼底部・前眼部の観察及び撮影切換えを容易にする。【解決手段】 眼底部の観察には、補助レンズを光路から退避させてから、本体部を被検者に近付けるように操作する。S11において、本体部の位置を確認し、距離が所定値以上ある場合にはS12に進み、合焦レンズをプラスディオプタ側に移動する。所定距離以上に離れていないことが確認されるとS13に進み、補助レンズが光路内から退避しているかを判断し、退避していない場合にはS12に進む。補助レンズが光路から退避したと判断された場合にはS14に進み、制御手段はフォーカス位置記憶手段に記憶された所定の位置に合焦レンズを移動させる。S15において、眼底像を観察しながら詳細な位置合わせ、及び合焦レンズによる詳細なピント合わせを行って撮影範囲の確認を行い、S16で撮影を実行する。【選択図】図6
