The present invention relates to an electrical moxibustion device using ceramics. The electrical moxibustion device using ceramics controls temperature and time of moxibustion therapy through a particular program and can perform moxibustion therapy under optimal conditions, while a ceramic material heating plate is formed in a moxibustion tool having a charging battery unit installed therein. To this end, the electrical moxibustion device using ceramics according to the present invention comprises: a moxibustion tool for emitting heat of a particular temperature by using a ceramic material heating plate as a medium； and a charging cradle for providing charging electrical power for operating the moxibustion tool.
