An electromedical device 1 for non-ablative plastic surgery, in particular apt for treating unaesthetisms and/or pathologies of a skin portion, comprising holding means 6 shaped to be grasped by an operator； an electrode 3, removably mounted or mountable to said holding means 6 and having a free end； electric generator means, apt to generate an electric signal to be applied to said electrode； the electric signal applied to the electrode being apt to ionize a gas at the free end of the electrode, so that, in an operative condition wherein the electrode is in proximity to skin portion to be treated, the ionization is so to heat the skin portion to be treated.
