The invention relates to an autologous cancer vaccine, and to a method of producing same, comprising the following steps: a) extracting proteins from a serum or plasma sample obtained from a cancer patient； and b) bringing the proteins extracted in step a) into contact with particles of hydroxyapatite and/or tricalcium phosphate.L'invention a trait à un vaccin autologue contre le cancer ainsi qu'à son procédé de préparation comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) extraction des protéines contenues dans un échantillon de sérum ou de plasma obtenu à partir d'un patient atteint de cancer； et b) mise en contact des protéines extraites à l'étape a) avec des particules d'hydroxyapatite et/ou de phosphate tricalcique.
