A positioning device for providing a bird bird is provided. The positioning device includes a frame and a plurality of positioning assemblies engageable with the frame. The positioning assembly may be configured to generally support and constrain the bird bird in a flight-replicated position such that the bird bird is provided for a variety of reasons, such as a vaccine delivery procedure, evaluation, or any other process do.
