The present invention relates to a polypeptide having autophagy inhibiting activities in a cell； a composition for inhibiting autophagy in cells containing the polypeptide as active ingredients, especially tumor cells； and pharmaceutical composition including the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting autophagy in a cell containing polypeptide inhibiting autophagy control mechanisms as an active ingredient, and a composition for preventing or treating oncogenous diseases including the same, or a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting anticancer drug tolerance. According to the present invention, polypeptide can inhibit autophagy by controlling expression of p-AMPK, ATG5-ATG12, Beclin1, p-Beclin1, LC3-I, LC3-II, p-mTOR and p62, autophagy related proteins, and accordingly, has effects in preventing or treating oncogenous diseases and can inhibit tolerance to anticancer drugs.본 발명은 세포에서 자가포식작용 (autophagy) 억제 활성을 갖는 폴리펩타이드, 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 세포에서, 특히 종양세포에서의 자가포식작용 (autophagy) 억제용 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 자가포식작용(오토파지； autophagy)의 조절 기전을 억제하는 폴리펩타이드를 유효성분으로 포함하는 세포에서의 자가포식작용 억제용 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 종양성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용, 또는 항암제 내성 억제용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명에 따른 폴리펩타이드는 자가포식작용 (autophagy) 관련 단백질인 p-AMPK, ATG5-ATG12, Beclin1, p-Beclin1, LC3-I, LC3-II, p-mTOR 및 p62의 발현을 조절함으로써 자가포식작용 (autophagy)을 억제할 수 있으며, 이에 의하여 종양성 질환을 예방 또는 치료하는데 효과가 있을 뿐만 아니라 항암제 내성도 억제할 수 있다.
