Provided are: a pharmaceutical composition for wound healing or tissue regeneration comprising a complex containing an extracellular matrix and polyvinyl alcohol according to an aspect and antibiotics carried on the complex； a manufacturing method thereof； and a method using the same. According to the same, the pharmaceutical composition provides biomimetic microenvironment and deliver antibiotics by a single structure, thereby being able to be used for healing skin infection wounds, tissue regeneration and preventing bacterial infection.일 양상에 따른 세포외기질 및 폴리비닐알콜을 포함하는 복합체； 및 상기 복합체에 담지된 항생제를 포함하는 상처 치료 또는 조직 재생용 약학적 조성물, 이의 제조 방법, 및 이를 이용한 방법을 제공한다. 이에 의하면, 단일 구조체에 의해 생체 모사 미세 환경을 제공하고 항생제를 전달하여 피부 감염 상처를 치유하고 조직 재생 및 세균 감염을 방지하는데 이용할 수 있다.
