A composition comprising at least one physiologically tolerated film-forming agent, at least one physiologically tolerated solvent, at least one plasticizer and a compound of the formula Ior a stereoisomeric form or a physiologically tolerated salt of any of the foregoing. The composition is suitable for treatment of androgenic alopecia or hirsutism, that is, for avoiding undesirable hair growth, and for treatment of seborrhea and acne, and can furthermore be employed in cosmetics.
