Disclosed is a technology related to an apparatus for drying and sterilizing a sanitary fiber structure. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for drying and sterilizing a sanitary fiber structure including a scrub brush and a dish towel comprises: a spin-dry case having a cylindrical shape with a plurality of drain holes formed therein, having an inlet formed on one end thereof, through which an object to be dried or sterilized is input, and having a through-hole formed at a center of the other end thereof； a blower installation pipe having a blower installed in an inner hollow； a hollow pipe-shaped central rod having one end part disposed at the inner center of the spin-dry case and the other end part extending to the outside of the spin-dry case through the through-hole of the spin-dry case to be connected to the blower installation pipe； and a motor rotating the spin-dry case about the central rod. The central rod includes a plurality of injection holes disposed on one end part of the central rod to spray the air moved into the inner hollow of the central rod by the blower in a radiation direction of the central rod.
