The present invention relates to a micro-surgical instrument capable of joint and rotational movements, which comprises the following: a rod unit formed in a longitudinal direction so as to be able to enter a surgical site in a narrow space； a joint unit formed at one side of the rod unit and rotated in one direction from one side of the rod unit； a shaft inserted to the inside of the rod unit； a handle unit combined to the other side of the rod unit； and a distal unit combined to one end of the shaft and connected to the handle unit. The distal unit is operated by the manipulation of the handle unit.본 발명은 관절운동과 회전운동이 가능한 미세 수술기구에 관한 것으로, 좁은 공간의 수술부위로 진입할 수 있도록 길이방향으로 형성되는 로드부, 상기 로드부의 일측에 형성되며 상기 로드부의 일측으로부터 일방향으로 회전되는 관절부, 상기 로드부의 내측에 삽입되는 샤프트, 상기 로드부의 타측에 결합된 핸들부 및 상기 샤프트의 일단에 결합되며 상기 핸들부와 연결되는 원위부를 포함하고, 상기 원위부는 상기 핸들부의 조작에 따라 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관절운동과 회전운동이 가능한 미세 수술기구에 관한 것이다.
