AN IMPLANTABLE INTRACARDIAC DEVICE FOR TREATMENT OF DYNAMIC LEFT VENTRICULAR OUTFLOW TRACT OBSTRUCTION BY PREVENTING SYSTOLIC ANTERIOR MOTION OF THE MITRAL VALVE LEAFLET INTO THE LEFT VENTRICULAR OUTFLOW TRACT
An implantable intracardiac device (1) to prevent systolic anterior motion of the anterior mitral valve leaflet into the left ventricular outflow tract is described. The device comprises a blocking member (4) configured for implantation within the left ventricle of the heart (2) and in-situ blocking of systolic anterior motion of the mitral valve (Α) into the left ventricular outflow tract (C) when anchored into the left ventricle of the heart. The device may be configured for radial expansion from a contracted orientation suitable for transluminal delivery to the left ventricle of the heart within a suitable delivery vehicle and an expanded orientation suitable for deployment within the left ventricle of the heart. The device comprises anchoring means (5, 6) configured for anchoring the device in-situ within the left ventricle to a wall of the left ventricle.La présente invention concerne un dispositif intracardiaque implantable (1) pour empêcher un mouvement antérieur systolique du feuillet mitral antérieur dans la voie découlement ventriculaire gauche. Le dispositif comprend un élément de blocage (4) configuré pour être implanté dans le ventricule gauche du cœur (2) et le blocage in-situ dun mouvement antérieur systolique de la valvule mitrale (Α) dans la voie découlement ventriculaire gauche (C) lorsquil est ancré dans le ventricule gauche du cœur. Le dispositif peut être configuré pour une expansion radiale à partir dune orientation contractée appropriée pour la pose transluminale au niveau du ventricule gauche du cœur à lintérieur dun véhicule de pose appropriée et une orientation étendue appropriée pour un déploiement à lintérieur du ventricule gauche du cœur. Le dispositif comprend des moyens dancrage (5, 6) configurés pour ancrer le dispositif in-situ à lintérieur du ventricule gauche au niveau dune paroi du ventricule gauche.
