The preset invention relates to an automation system for sorting and drying edible insects by using a microwave drying method. More specifically, the present invention is provided to perform the sorting of foreign matter included in insects, washing, steam sterilization, and drying in one line. In other words, the present invention is provided to automatically perform from sorting to drying for insects in one line. The present invention comprises: a sorter (10) which sorts various foreign materials mixed with insects； a washer (20) which receives insects discharged from the sorter (10) and stirs and washes the insects； a transfer conveyer (30) of which one side is received in the washer (20), the other side is erected upwards, and which has a container (31) attached to the longitudinal direction of a conveyer belt (32) in order to take out insects in the washer (20)； a horizontal transfer conveyer (40) which receives insects from the transfer conveyer (30) and transfers the same in a horizontal direction； a steam device (50) which sprays steam toward insects transferred by the horizontal transfer conveyer (40) in the front top of the longitudinal direction of the horizontal transfer conveyer (40)； and a vacuum drier (60) which covers insects transferred through the steam device (50) and dries in a vacuum state for predetermined time in the rear top of the horizontal transfer conveyer (40).본 발명은 마이크로웨이브 건조방법을 이용한 식용곤충 선별 건조 자동화시스템에 관한 것으로서 상세하게는 본 발명은 곤충에 포함된 이물질 선별, 세척, 스팀살균, 건조를 한 라인에서 이루어지도록 하는 것을 제공한다. 즉, 곤충을 선별부터 건조까지 한 라인에서 자동으로 이루어지도록 하는 기술을 제공하고자 한다.구성은 다음과 같다.곤충에 뒤섞인 각종 협착물을 골라내는 선별기(10),상기 선별기(10)에서 배출되는 곤충을 유입받아 교반하면서 세척하는 세척기(20),상기 세척기(20)내에 일측이 수요되고 타측은 상부로 세워져 상기 세척기(20) 내의 곤충을 퍼올릴 수 있도록 용기(31)가 컨베이어벨트(32)의 길이방향에 부착된이송컨베이어(30),상기 이송컨베이어(30)로부터 곤충을 이어받아 수평으로 이송하는 수평이송컨베이어(40),상기 수평이송콘베이어(40)의 길이방향 전방 상단에는 상기수평이송컨베이어(40)에 의해 이송되는 곤충을 향해 스팀을 분사하는 스팀장치(50)가 설치되고 상기 수평이송컨베이어(40) 후방 상단에 상기 스팀장치(50)를 경유하여 이송되어오는 곤충을 커버하여 일정 시간동안 진공 건조하는 진공건조
