According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a nest box including a layer chicken repelling device. The nest box is characterized by comprising: a nesting box including partitions on three sides and a roof formed on the top of the partitions； a curtain installed at the front side of the nesting box to block out light and made of one of a black fabric, synthetic resin, and rubber split lengthwise to allow layer chickens to come in and out freely； a layer chicken guiding hole formed at the lower part of the curtain to guide the access by attracting the layer chicken； a floor mat formed on the upper part of the bottom of the nesting box and having a gradient of six to ten degrees by lowering the rear side and lifting the front side； an egg discharging hole formed between the rear side partition of the nesting box and the rear side of the floor mat； and the layer chicken repelling device comprising a drive shaft formed at one end of the upper part of the rear side partition and a layer chicken repelling board moving on the drive shaft toward the curtain from a location, which is parallel with the rear side partition, at an angle of 40-50 degrees.본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면,삼면이 격벽으로 형성되며, 상기 격벽의 상부에 지붕을 형성한 형성된 산란상；과 상기 산란상의 전면에 설치되어 빛을 차단하며 산란계의 출입이 자유롭도록 세로로 갈라진 검은 천, 합성수지 고무 중 어느 하나로 형성된 산란계 차단막；과 산란계의 호기심과 관찰을 유도하여 출입을 유도할 수 있도록 상기 차단막 하부에 형성된 산란계 유도구；와 상기 산란상의 바닥부 상부에 형성되며 후면부를 낮추고 전면부를 높여서 6 ~ 10도 각도의 기울기를 가진 바닥매트；와 상기 산란상의 후면 격벽과 상기 바닥매트의 후면부 사이에 형성된 계란 배출구； 및 상기 후면 격벽의 상부의 일단에 형성된 구동축과 상기 구동축을 중심으로 하여 상기 후면 격벽과 평행한 위치에서 상기 차단막을 향하여 40 ~ 50도 각도 사이를 이동하는 산란계 퇴출판을 포함하는 산란계 퇴출장치； 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산란계 퇴출장치를 가진 산란상이 제공된다.
