The invention provides a foaming component for use in association with a foaming dispenser comprising:an air sparging element chosen from a group consisting of sintered polyethylene, sintered bronze, sintered stainless steel, micro porous materials, and multi-layer stainless steel gauze；a mixing chamber on one side of the air sparging element and the air sparging element defining a portion of the mixing chamber and the mixing chamber having a liquid inlet；an air chamber on the other side of the air sparging element and the air sparging element defining a portion of the air chamber and the air chamber having an air inlet； anda mixing chamber outlet down stream of the liquid inlet in the mixing chamber.Foam dispensers for use with the foaming component are also provided.
