The present invention relates a fish attraction light emitting diode (LED) lamp using an LED as a light source, wherein, in order to efficiently cool high heat generated by high power of the LED, a fish attraction LED lamp is closely formed on an outer circumferential surface of a fish attraction lamp platform, thereby transferring the heat generated from the fish attraction LED lamp to the fish attraction lamp platform as soon as possible. The fish attraction LED lamp comprises: an LED module (120) including a printed circuit board (122) and a plurality of LEDs (121) disposed in row and column directions to form a matrix form on the printed circuit board (122), and irradiating light in a forward direction at the time of power supply; a fish attraction lamp case (110) including a platform combination groove (111) which has an external shape of a fish attraction lamp platform (31) and is formed at the rear side, wherein the LED module (120) is provided in the fish attraction lamp case (110); and an attachment element (300) for supporting the fish attraction LED lamp (100) from the rear side such that the fish attraction lamp platform (31) is closely contacted with the platform combination groove (111) formed in the rear side of the fish attraction lamp case (110). Here, a heat conduction member is provided at a portion of the platform combination groove (111) between the fish attraction LED lamp (100) and the fish attraction lamp platform (31) and/or between the attachment element (300) and the fish attraction lamp platform (31).
