An exchanger (1) for medical use comprises: a box-like body (2) having a base (2A), an upper end (2B), a peripheral wall (3A) that delimits a heat exchange chamber (3)； the body (2) having: a first aperture (4) from which a fluid to be thermo-regulated enters and a first exit (5) of the thermo-regulated fluid； a second delivery aperture (6) of a thermo-regulator fluid and a second exit (7) of the thermo-regulated fluid； a heat exchange element (12) that exchanges heat by lapping, housed in the exchange chamber (3) and held between two holding elements (13, 14), dividing the exchange chamber (3) into a zone (FR) where the thermo-regulator fluid flows and a zone (FS) where the fluid to be thermo-regulated flows, which are fluid-dynamically separated from each other； a collection compartment (17) to collect the air separated from the fluid to be thermo-regulated, obtained in the opposite end, connected to the thermo-regulation chamber and equipped with an aperture (18) toward the outside； the box-like body has a second housing chamber (8) for a pumping group (9), connected with the heat exchange chamber (3).
