PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator which can reduce ghost phenomenon.SOLUTION: A scintillator 13 is a fluorescent material 27 which has a halogen compound as a main component and does not contain carbon oxide components. The carbon oxide components are not contained in a range that the carbon oxide components are not detected by an IR analytical method.
