The intestinal fluid delivery system includes a pump having a motor coupled to the rotor configured to receive a portion of the tubing of the feed set. The motor drives the rotor, which compresses the tubing to deliver fluid to the patient during the feeding cycle. The system includes a user interface operatively coupled to a memory for storing information relating to a plurality of types of intestinal fluid. The user interface allows the user to select at least one type of intestinal fluid. The system also includes a processor operatively coupled to the pump.
