The present invention relates to an adhesive mouthpiece for medical purposes which protects the oral cavity of a patient from a medical device during the intubation of an oral organ, prevents damage to an inserted tube, and has a bonding part for facilitating the fixation of a mouthpiece to a patient. The present invention includes a main body part having a central insertion groove for supporting the oral cavity in an open state and penetrating from the center to the back surface to protect the oral cavity and a bonding part coupled to one side of the main body part to be bonded to a face in order to prevent the main body part from being separated.
