The prop and the horizontally extending coupling regions are arranged such that the element is constructed by a simple coupling of diamond-shaped front lattices together, where diameter of the prop is smaller than that of the coupling regions. A plantable cavity (6) is provided on the diagonal prop, where the element is formed as a hollow component from a concrete or a concrete-like material. Two half shells are connected with each other.
