BLACK MEDICAL SOYBEAN FOOD OBTAINED BY IMMERSING BLACK SOYBEANS IN LIFE-CULTIVATING AND HEALTH-CARE VINEGAR MEDICAL TEA TO CARRY OUT BIOLOGICAL FERMENTATION
A black medical soybean food obtained by immersing black soybeans in life-cultivating and health-care vinegar medical tea to carry out biological fermentation, namely, a vinegar black medical soybean food and a black medical soybean grain tea food, which are formed by carrying out biological fermentation, drying at a constant temperature, and mechanical processing on vinegar, black soybeans, astragalus roots, pulp of dogwood fruits, smoked plums, and tea adding a small amount of sticky rice juice or a few maltose juice bonding agent into the obtained product and then carrying out mechanical processing.Linvention concerne un aliment thérapeutique à base de soja noir obtenu par immersion de sojas noirs dans du vinaigre de thé thérapeutique à des fins de ménagement de soi et de soins de santé pour réaliser une fermentation biologique, à savoir, un aliment thérapeutique à base de vinaigre de soja noir et un aliment thérapeutique à base de thé provenant de grains de soja noir, qui se forment en réalisant une fermentation biologique, un séchage à une température constante, et un traitement mécanique appliqué du vinaigre, des sojas noirs, des racines dastragale, des pulpes de fruits de cornouiller, des prunes fumées et du thé en ajoutant une petite quantité de jus de riz gluant ou quelques liants de jus de maltose dans le produit obtenu et puis en réalisant un traitement mécanique.
