The power generating section generates power. The power transmitting portion has a main coaxial shaft that shifts the power generated from the power generating portion and transmits the power. The first clutch portion connects the wheel shaft and the main shaft cooperating with the wheels, and selectively supplies the power to the wheel shafts. The first regulating portion controls the operation of the first clutch portion. The pump is connected through a chemical solution, and the chemical solution of the chemical solution container is transported by using the pumping pressure. The jetting part injects the chemical liquid transported from the chemical liquid container. The second clutch portion connects the main coaxial shaft and the pump, and selectively supplies the power to the pump, but operates independently of the first clutch portion.
