The present invention provides a method for manufacturing culture feed by decomposing fur from butchery wastes, and to culture feed including pulverized products obtained therefrom. Fur of various animals inevitably generated as a byproduct from a butchery process is changed into culture feed by decomposition. The method for manufacturing the culture feed comprises the following steps: a step for removing foreign materials by washing animal fur which is a butchery byproduct； a step for drying the washed animal fur at a temperature of 100-150°C for 6-24 hours； a step for hydrolyzing the dried animal fur at a temperature of 100-150°C for 12-60 hours in the presence of acid or base solutions； a step for neutralizing the hydrolyzed products； a step for pulverizing the neutralized products in a drying-pulverizer； and a step for mixing the pulverized-hydrolyzed products with the culture feed.도축 폐기물인 털을 분해하여 양식사료를 제조하는 방법 및 이 방법으로 얻어진 분쇄물을 포함하는 양식 사료가 제공된다. 도축 단계에서 필연적으로 발생하는 부산물인 각종 동물의 털을 분해하여 양식 사료로 전환시킬 수 있다.상기 양식 사료 제조방법은, 도축 부산물인 동물털을 세척하여 이물질을 제거하는 단계； 상기 세척된 동물털을 100 내지 150℃에서 6 내지 48시간 동안 건조하는 단계；상기 건조된 동물털을 산성 용액 또는 염기성 용액의 존재하에 100 내지 150℃에서 12시간 내지 60시간 동안 가수분해하는 단계；상기 가수분해 결과물을 중화시키는 단계；상기 중화 처리 결과물을 건조분쇄기에서 분말화하는 단계；및 양식 사료에 상기 분말화된 가수분해 결과물을 배합하는 단계；를 포함한다.
