Said at least one secondary crosslinking agent represents a cyclic carbamate or a cyclic urea obtained by reacting an amino alcohol or a diamine with a cyclic carbonate.Linvention concerne un procédé de post-réticulation de polymères absorbant leau, procédé consistant à traiter le polymère avec au moins un agent de post-réticulation, et à effectuer une post-réticulation et un séchage, pendant ou après le traitement, par augmentation de la température, au moins ledit agent de post-réticulation représentant un carbamate cyclique ou une urée cyclique obtenu en faisant réagir un aminoalcool ou une diamine avec un carbonate cyclique.
