By reasonably combining the main unit and a plurality of working heads, the device configuration cost is decreased； and the main unit is connected with an original sewer and an original tap water source, thereby avoiding the shutdown problem caused by water shortage and fullness of a sewage pail, requiring no regular cleaning, and liberating labor time of the nursing assistant.
