The tool has double-armed hand levers (1, 2) interconnected in a region of plate-like flattened central sections (5) by a pivot pin (6) in an articulated manner and tiltable against each other. The pivot pin is immovably fastened in the flattened central sections of one of the hand levers, and a ring flange of the pin has a distance from the central sections. The pin corresponds to thickness of the central sections, so that the hand lever is displaceable into a position, in which opposite-lying inner surfaces of the flattened central sections and the pivot pin freely lie.
