PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect repellent ventilation filter capable of being very easily attached to/detached from a vent hole without impairing the ventilation capability.SOLUTION: The insect repellent ventilation filter is formed in the shape of a disk (disk-shaped, oblong board-shaped, or polygonal board-shaped) having approximately the same size and contour as the opening area and contour of a target vent hole for attaching the filter, and is made of a flexible material configured into a net structure having a dimple 6b in the central area which is thinner t2 than the wall thickness t1 of a flange 6a formed in the outer peripheral side edge area. Specifically, a plastic net base material formed in the shape of a bottomed cylinder is wound and layered outward from an open end side to form a flange 9 in the outer peripheral side edge area, so that the bottom part of the net base material corresponds to the dimple 6b of the filter 6.
