System for surgical correction of defects of anterior parts of pelvic floor in women contains a prosthetic device made of a knitted, woven, non-absorbable polypropylene grid in the form of an elongated flat figure, having a central part and associated with it a first pair of hung sleeves arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of symmetry, connected to the first anchor elements for fixation in telas of the small pelvis in zone of the internal obturator muscle. System also comprises a second pair of hung sleeves fixed at an angle to said longitudinal axis of symmetry provided with second anchor elements for fastening in sacrospinal copula and made with the possibility of moving the hung sleeves in them and then fixing them in the required position. Prosthetic device is made of knitted monofilament polypropylene yarns, the central part has the form of a rectangle, the long side of which is parallel to the mentioned longitudinal axis of symmetry, in the central part, two closure dams are formed with a width (0.1–0.3) L, where L is the length of the rectangle. First dam is located on one edge, and the second one is at a distance of (0.15–0.25) L from the other edge of the central part. Said hung sleeves of the first and second pairs are connected through intermediate elements formed along the entire length of the central portion. Hung sleeves of the second pair are connected to the intermediate elements in the contact zone of the inner rib of the second dam with the central part. First anchor elements are connected inseparably to the top of triangular elements of the first pair of hung sleeves, along the leg connected to the intermediate members in the area of the first dam. Second anchor elements include buckles for fixation the hung sleeves of the second pair in a predetermined position.
