PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for combination therapies.SOLUTION: There are provided (a) a therapeutically effective amount of at least one drug which inhibits an activity of RAD51, interferes with RAD51 focus (foci) formation, or prevents the construction of a functional repair complex for the homologous recombination of DNA, and (b) a use for producing a medicine, which can damage a cellular DNA as a therapeutic agent, used to treat cancer.
