The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) comprising a conjugate in which an insulinotropic peptide, a non-peptidyl polymer and an immunoglobulin Fc region are covalently linked to each other. The composition of the present invention maintains a relatively high in vivo activity of the peptide, significantly increases the blood half-life, and accumulates triglyceride that appears as a typical lesion of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
