New biomaterials consisting of a combination of sulphated hyaluronic acid and gellan (as well as gellan that has not been associated with other polymers), to be used as a highly effective barrier to prevent post-surgical adhesions in abdominal, pelvic and, above all, spine surgery.Linvention concerne de nouveaux biomatériaux composés dune combinaison dacide hyaluronique sulfaté et de gellane (ainsi quun gellane qui na pas été associé à dautres polymères) à utiliser comme barrière hautement efficace pour empêcher les adhérences post-chirurgicales dans une chirurgie abdominale, pelvienne, et avant tout spinale.
