The present invention provides a pharmaceutical competition comprising an antibacterial agent such as Besifloxacin and a steroidal anti-inflammatory agent such as Fiuorometholone, and a method of manufacturing the same. The present invention is particularly useful for treatment of ophthalmic infections associated with inflammation.
