The present invention relates to a system capable of supplying breeding water to aquaculture farms by treating aquaculture farm breeding water using a pressurized hollow fiber membrane module with a central baffle, and treating the raw water stably since the contamination of the hollow fiber membrane is reduced to have low transmembrane pressure difference (TMP) even for long time use. In addition, the present invention relates to an aquaculture farm breeding water treatment system using a membrane technology capable of stably supplying aquaculture farm breeding water using a membrane cleaning method in which reuse circulated CIP (RCC) is applied to circulate and recover high concentrations of cleaning chemicals to chemically clean the membrane module, and a stock solution is only replenished by the reduced concentration without discharging a waste liquid, thereby maintaining a high cleaning concentration without generating the waste liquid.본원 발명은 중앙배플을 구비하는 가압식 중공사 분리막 모듈을 이용하여 양식장 사육수를 처리하되 중공사 분리막의 오염이 감소되어 장시간 사용 시에도 막 차압 증가율(transmembrane pressure difference； TMP)이 낮아서 안정적으로 원수를 처리하여 양식장에 사육수를 공급할 수 있는 시스템에 대한 것이다. 또한, 본원 발명은 고농도의 세정약품액을 순환시킨 후 회수하는 방식을 적용하는 RCC(Reuse Circulated CIP)을 적용하여 분리막 모듈을 화학적으로 세정후 폐액을 방류하지 않고 감소한 농도만큼 원액을 보충만하기 때문에 폐액이 발생하지 않으면서 고농도의 세정농도를 유지하는 분리막 세정방법을 이용하여 안정적으로 양식장 사육수를 공급할 수 있는 분리막 기술을 적용한 양식장 사육수 처리 시스템에 대한 것이다.
