Coated particle digestive enzyme preparations are disclosed that comprise (i) a core that comprises digestive enzymes selected from a protease, an amylase and a lipase enzyme delivery, and (ii) a coating comprising an emulsifiable lipid as defined therein, wherein the said digestive enzymes are preferably present in an amount of between 75-85% by weight. The particles are part of a package that comprises said particles in the form of sprinkles. The package may be used to treat persons having ADD, ADHD, autism, cystic fibrosis and other behavioral and neurological disorders.
