The present invention provides antibodies, antigen binding fragments thereof, chimeric antigen receptors (CAR), and engineered T cell receptors, polynucleotides encoding them, and in vitro cells comprising them. The polynucleotides, polypeptides and in vitro cells described herein may be used in engineered CAR T cell therapy for the treatment of patients suffering from cancer. In one embodiment, the polynucleotides, polypeptides and in vitro cells described herein may be used for the treatment of multiple myeloma.
