The invention discloses a pressure sensing pad with prompt function and a prompting method of pressure sensing pad. The pressure sensing pad includes a gasket, a pressure sensor received in the gasket, a temperature sensor, a controller, and a warning device. The temperature sensor is received in the gasket and connected to the pressure sensor. The temperature sensor starts when the pressure sensor senses the gasket is under pressure to analyze whether the pressure is derived from human body. The controller is respectively connected with the pressure sensor, the temperature sensor and the warning device. The controller analyzes the human body posture according to pressure magnitude and pressure range sensed by the pressure sensor, and continuously counts the time during which the human body posture does not change. The warning device alerts when the controller continuously count up to a preset maximum time value.本發明提出一種具有提示功能的壓力感測墊及壓力感測墊的提示方法。該壓力感測墊包括墊片、收容於墊片中的壓力感測器、溫度傳感器、控制器及警示裝置；溫度傳感器收容於墊片中並與壓力感測器相連接，溫度傳感器在壓力感測器感知墊片受到壓力時啟動分析墊片受到的壓力是否來源於人體；控制器分別與壓力感測器、溫度傳感器及警示裝置相連接，控制器在溫度傳感器判斷墊片受到的壓力來源於人體時根據壓力感測器感知的壓力大小及壓力範圍分析人體姿態，並在人體姿態沒有發生變化期間進行連續計時；警示裝置在控制器連續計時達到預設的最長時間值時發出警示。
