The present invention relates to an apparatus for repelling a harmful animal comprising: a body frame composed of a prop frame which forms an upper skeleton and a lower skeleton of the body part of a predatory animal, and a support frame which is combined with both ends of the prop frame at right angles； a leg frame formed in the lower part of the body frame； a head frame including a mouth frame which forms the mouth structure of the predatory animal, a neck frame which connects the body frame and the mouth frame, and a mouth opening and closing frame which supports the opening and closing operation of the mouth frame； a tail frame forming the skeleton structure of the tail of the predatory animal and combined with the back side unit of the body frame in order to reciprocate vertically； a sub-frame formed to surround the outer surfaces of the body frame, the leg frame, the head frame, and the tail frame, and having the outer skin stacked on the outer surface thereof； and an operating device composed of a mouth operating means which opens and closes the head frame, a tail operating means which operates the tail frame, first and second secretion spraying means which spray secretion of the predatory animal, a controlling means which controls the operation of an operating device, and a distance detecting sensor which detects the approaching distance of a harmful animal and transmits the detected result to the controlling means.
