The present invention relates to a beverage for improving vision and protecting a liver function by using, as main ingredients, Artemisia apiacea Hance, a skin of Manchurian walnut, Schisandra chinensis, and gardenia fruits, which have effects of improving vision and protecting a liver function, and more specifically, to a beverage and a method for making the same, wherein the beverage contains only natural materials as raw materials, thereby having no side effects with respect to safety of human bodies, exhibiting an effect of protecting a liver function, and also having an excellent effect of improving vision.
