PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thumb CM arthropathy brace in which the alignment of a thumb CM joint is straightened by moving a thumb, and thereby the symptom of the thumb CM arthropathy can be improved.SOLUTION: A thumb CM arthropathy brace 1 includes: a ring part 11 formed in an annular shape where a thumb can be inserted, having a distal end coming in contact with the thumb root from the ulnar aspect when the thumb is inserted, and having a proximal end facing the distal end in the position of the proximal side from the thumb MP joint； a brace body 12 extending so as to cover at least an area from the thumb CM joint to a wrist from the radius side, while being continued from the proximal end of the ring part 11 and inserting the thumb into the ring part 11； and a band part 13 connected to the proximal end of the brace body 12, and capable of fixing the proximal end of the brace body 12 to the wrist.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】母指を動かすことにより母指ＣＭ関節のアライメントを正して、母指ＣＭ関節症の症状を改善させることが可能な母指ＣＭ関節症装具を提供する。【解決手段】母指ＣＭ関節症装具１は、母指を挿入可能な環状に形成され、該母指を挿入した際に遠位端が該母指の付け根に尺側から接するとともに、近位端が該母指のＭＰ関節よりも近位側の位置において前記遠位端と対向するリング部１１と、前記リング部１１の前記近位端から連続し、前記リング部１１に前記母指を挿入した状態で、少なくとも該母指のＣＭ関節から手首までの領域を橈背側から覆うように延在する装具本体１２と、前記装具本体１２の近位端に接続され、前記装具本体１２の前記近位端を前記手首に固定可能なバンド部１３を備える。【選択図】図２
