It mixes all the above ingredients (chili, ginger, lemon grass and mint) together and then stir. By extracting the solution resulting from the above stirring movement and adding it to the above ethanol to become mixing liquid, the mixing liquid is sealed up till fermentation to become the above activation solution. Accordingly, the present invention can be applied to skin surface that has arthralgia to make it have warm sensation to relieve sensation of pain. The present invention can be absorbed via skin entering into articular cartilage through pore.
